SEO is the work of earning visibility in unpaid search results. We do it for companies selling across borders, which changes what the job involves: research repeated per language, a site structure that lets several markets coexist without competing, authority built country by country, and content written by people who work in those markets. Below are the areas we cover; the questions most clients ask us are answered further down.
Technical fixes can show within weeks, because they remove obstacles that were already holding pages back. Content and authority work on a longer clock: four to six months is realistic in a competitive category, and longer in a market where you are starting with no local links or presence. Any agency promising rankings in thirty days is either working in an empty niche or planning to bill you before the results fail to arrive.
The fundamentals are the same; the multiplication is what differs. International SEO adds decisions that domestic SEO never faces: whether to use country domains, subdomains or subdirectories, how to configure hreflang so the right version is served to the right country, and how to research keywords separately in each language because the winning term rarely translates literally. Getting the structure wrong makes your own markets compete against each other.
It depends on how many markets and languages are in scope, how competitive your category is, and how much of the work is technical repair versus ongoing content and authority. We quote against a defined scope rather than a monthly package, and we say in advance what the budget buys and what it does not. What we will not do is quote a figure before looking at the site, because the answer would be a guess.
Usually not. Most sites can be improved substantially without a rebuild: fixing crawlability, page speed, internal linking, indexation control and content gaps. A rebuild becomes necessary when the platform itself prevents something essential, such as controlling URLs, adding hreflang or serving a market version at all. When that is the case we say so plainly, with the cost of working around it as the alternative.
AI visibility, sometimes called GEO or AEO, is being cited by AI assistants and AI overviews rather than only ranking in a list of blue links. It does not replace SEO: the same signals largely drive both, and a page that no search engine trusts will not be quoted by an assistant either. What it changes is the writing. Content that answers a question directly, in a self-contained passage, gets quoted; content that buries the answer does not.
Yes, and it is the most common arrangement. Typically we handle strategy, technical work and the multi-market setup while your team produces content and knows the products, or we produce content and your team reviews it for technical accuracy. What has to be agreed at the start is who approves what and how quickly, because that is what determines whether the work moves or stalls.
